We are in the middle of uncertain times and want to ensure that our staff and customers remain healthy. We are providing you with an update on what Hebeler Sales and Service is doing during this world crisis.
We are operating with strictly minimal staffing on site. Currently the doors are shut, however we are conducting business over the phone, email and social media.
Our hours are susceptible to change, but at this time we will be answering the phones:

|Saturday||10 AM - 2 PM|
We want to help where we can and ask that you be patient with us. Please take the time to leave a voicemail at Ext. 109 if we are not able to immediately answer your call. This is new for all of us!
For Parts needs, we can assist you the following ways: phone, email, Facebook. We can process payment over the phone and arrange curbside pickup. We will still be placing our daily Parts orders, so if it is not in stock; we can order it!
NEW: We will ship to you for FREE on all orders over $75. Under the minimum? We ship for a flat fee of $10. (Some exceptions may apply – e.g. oversize items)
We are working on our backlog of service to stay ahead of customer needs. When jobs are completed, we can arrange payment over the phone and allow you to pick up your vehicle. We are creating a service queue for anybody needing service to a vehicle. Simply give us a call and provide us your name, phone number and service need. We will add you to the queue on a first come, first serve basis. We will then contact you when a time slot is available to bring your vehicle in. Our plan is to complete our backlog of work and then be able to take appointments in an efficient manner, allowing staff to complete your Service need in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, no retail sales on vehicles can happen at this time. We are available to discuss and provide pricing on new and used units. We do also offer a layaway program and can take deposits to secure vehicles for when we can resume business as usual. For any questions, contact us for more information on this policy.
